How can a person with hearing disability not lose hope and work as every other normal person?

According to a research over 5% of the world’s population which includes 34 million children are suffering from hearing loss. It is also estimated that by 2050 one in every ten people will have hearing loss.

The foremost impact of hearing loss will be on communication. In children especially it is observed that they have spoken language delay process due to hearing impediment. In elders it is often observed that exclusion from communication may cause feeling of loneliness, isolation which lead to frustration. It is very important for such persons to build confidence and not lose hope and carry on with life as any other normal person.
